Jill Noble leads Hallston Valley Farm, a diversified agribusiness renowned for producing red meat, breeding and showing Wiltshire Horn sheep, and offering agritourism opportunities. The farm, nestled amidst the lush rainforest of Gippsland, is home to one of the largest Wiltshire Horn studs in Victoria.
Jill’s expertise extends beyond farming. She engages with her community through the Hallston Regenerative Agriculture Group, which she co-founded in 2019. Jill is also a prolific author with four published books and is the host of The Sheep Show Podcast and The Muster magazine.
Growing up in rural Ireland on sheep and beef properties, Jill has a deep-rooted passion for agriculture. Her career spans various industries, including agribusiness and manufacturing, where she has worked with companies like Rivalea Pig Farms, Perfection Farms, Corona Manufacturing, Nu-Mega (part of the Clover Corporation), Nippon Group, Australian Paper, and Toxfree.
Jill also delivers leadership and business skill development programs, working with participants locally and internationally in Brazil, Japan, Taiwan, Myanmar, China, and Singapore. Since 2004, her primary focus has been on personal, professional, and career development for new managers, team leaders, and leadership groups, offering one-on-one coaching and group facilitation.
