How Ordering Lamb Online Works

Place Your Order

Start by confirming your delivery or collection option. Depending on your location, we offer:

🟢 Pick up from the farm – make a day of it at Hallston Valley Farm!

Once you’ve confirmed, place your order for a whole Wiltshire Horn lamb, including your preferred cuts—knowing you're getting lean, tender, and naturally flavourful meat, raised without unnecessary chemicals or interventions.

Secure Your Order with a Deposit

To secure your lamb, simply pay a $50 deposit at checkout. This confirms your order and ensures we reserve your lamb for processing.

🟢 Final Payment on Pickup or Delivery – Pay the balance when your lamb is ready.
🟢 Transparent Pricing – No hidden fees, just high-quality lamb at $20 per kilo (hot carcass weight).

Once your deposit is paid, we’ll begin processing your order and prepare your lamb to your specifications.

Finalise Payment on Delivery

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

An email confirming your order
An estimated delivery date
A final amount for your order - based on weight - closer to delivery or pick up

The outstanding amount must be paid on delivery or pick up.

Once paid, we’ll arrange for your lamb to be delivered to your door or ready for pickup from our farm.
